I’ll be speaking at the 2015 annual meeting of the National Association of Patent Practitioners. The meeting is July 11-14 in Denver.
I’ll be making two presentations at the NAPP annual meeting.
On Saturday, July 11, I will give an introduction to the Hague Agreement. The Agreement will have come into force for the United States just a few weeks earlier on May 13, so this will be a current topic.
On Sunday, July 12, I will speak on the topic of “Get Patents Fast!” I will enumerate and review and compare and contrast the various programs at the USPTO by which an applicant can try to get a patent faster than the usual time periods. This will include PPH, PCT-PPH, Track I, and Accelerated Examination.
