I did not respond to your first call to this webinar, because I did not think that it would be relevant to me as a sole practitioner in the UK and therefore obliged to select the EPO as PCT searching authority, the last bullet not being relevant to me and already using IB as receiving office (my preference) and/or the UKIPO if I need the extra hour in order to complete the filing – which I have never had to do so far, as I only support a small number of clients and encourage them to ensure that any PCT application is filed in good time i.e. minimum 1 – 2 weeks before the priority deadline.
I am delighted to learn that your clients provide instructions with 1-2 weeks to spare. I imagine I speak for many when I say I envy you on this.
