Did you just now register for one of our upcoming educational programs? If so, then you should have just now received a confirming email message with a link for logging in to the webinar itself. If you did not just now receive the confirming email message shortly after registering, ask yourself whether you might have mistyped your email address when registering for the program. Another possibility is that in the past, you asked our hosting provider (GotoWebinar, also known as LogMeIn) never to send you any more emails, in which case they will have honored your request never to send you any more emails. Maybe it was a mistake to click that “unsubscribe” link in some past email from GotoWebinar or from LogMeIn! Still another possibility is that the confirming email message, with a link for logging in to the webinar itself, got into your spam folder.
The confirmation email probably came from customercare@gotowebinar.com. If you have not already done so, you may wish to whitelist that email address with your email service provider.
But regardless of why it might be that you failed to receive a confirming email message from our webinar system, it is important to get this straightened out.
