Thank you for registering for this webinar.
Please please please please check right now to make sure that you receive a confirmation email message from the webinar platform, with a login link for the webinar. If you do not receive a confirmation email message, this probably means one of two things:
-
- maybe you misspelled your email address, or
- maybe in some time past you “unsubscribed” to email messages from the webinar platform.
- Regardless of what the explanation is for your having failed to receive a confirmation email message, you need to get it figured out right now. If you wait until five minutes before the starting time of the webinar, and only then start making frantic phone calls, you will not succeed, and you will not get a refund of the registration fee that you paid. So please please please please check right now to make sure that you receive a confirmation email message from the webinar platform, with a login link for the webinar.
Please use the “add to calendar” link to add this event to your calendar. You absolutely should use the “add to calendar” function, for at least two reasons:
-
- You might not be in the Mountain Time zone. If so, you might get mixed up about adding an hour or subtracting an hour for your own time zone. The “add to calendar” function automatically takes your time zone into account.
- The calendar entry will contain your login link. This means that when the day comes for you to log in at the webinar, you will not need to scramble around trying to figure out how to log in. Instead, you can simply click on the login link in your calendar.
Please do a system test to find out if your system will work for the webinar. Click here to do a system test.
Please log in early. On the day of the event, please log in a few minutes early to confirm that you know how to log in and how to turn on your computer sound.
Please keep in mind that you cannot use one login link at multiple login locations. Your login link is specific to you. Please do not provide your login link to others. The webinar system tries to block instances of a login link being used at multiple locations at the same time.
