This brings the number of PCT members to 149.PCT filers will be able to designate Kuwait starting on September 9, 2016. It will be recalled that if one prepares one’s PCT Request using the standard Request form, all available offices are automatically designated. So nearly all PCT filers will be designating Kuwait, whether they know it or not, starting on September 9, 2016.
The two-letter code for Kuwait is “KW”.
Do we know if or when the GCC office itself will join PCT?
