1. According to that article, in turn citing the readout from the NAPP folks, the PTO frets over supposed security risks in EFS-Web, including that

   a paralegal could file a document without the approval of a registered patent practitioner.

   I wonder if this means that filing on paper, which suffers from the same security “risk”, is next to get the axe.
