Patentcenter should reveal application status

There are many things that Palm reveals to people inside of the USPTO, that PAIR and Patentcenter do not reveal to applicants.  Here are some of those things that Patentcenter should reveal to applicants.

On the Application Data tab, Patentcenter should display a “yes” or “no” as to whether the application is “special”.  This is Feature Request FR26.  Forty-two patent practitioners have asked Director Vidal for this as it relates to PCT-PPH (see letter).

On the Application Data tab, Patentcenter should display a “yes” or “no” as to whether the application is on Track I.  This is Feature Request FR27.

On the Application Data tab, Patentcenter should display a “yes” or “no” as to whether the application is being “advanced out of turn for examination” pursuant to 37 CFR § 1.496.  This is Feature Request FR28.  Forty-two patent practitioners have asked Director Vidal for this (see letter).

On the Application Data tab, Patentcenter should display a “yes” or “no” as to whether the application has “Accelerated Exam” status.  This is Feature Request FR29.

On the Application Data tab, Patentcenter should display a “yes” or “no” as to whether the application is in the Collaborative Search Pilot program.  This is Feature Request FR30.

On the Application Data tab, Patentcenter should display a “yes” or “no” as to whether the application is in the Expedited Exam program.  This is Feature Request FR31.

On the Application Data tab, Patentcenter should display a “yes” or “no” as to whether the application is in the First Full Action Interview Pilot program.  This is Feature Request FR32.
