I am filing a PPH petition and have a question.
Does the PTO require a full translation of the OEE Work Product, or will the substantive portions suffice? In other words, the first page of the office action is not translated, but I have a translation of the Examiner’s remarks regarding the application of rejections at subsequent pages of the office action.
