- IFW is still broken.
- EFS-Web is still broken, both the main server and the contingency server.

I have been able to get into private PAIR since last night. Haven’t tried to file anything yet.
Thank you for posting. Within Private PAIR, are you able to see documents in IFW?
Private PAIR seems to be back (11:48 AM ET).
EFS (and EFS-Web Contingency) — not so much.

Nope, no IFW in Private PAIR. The tab does not even show up.
Was able to access TESS and TSDR yesterday afternoon around 3: PM EST, but didn’t go look at documents in TSDR
I just tested it and am able to access Private PAIR. I can pull up applications by both application and docket no.; however, the IFW tab is not visible. I was not able to access EFS-Web (Registered) or EFS-Web Contingency. The fax lines were up yesterday as we fax-filed a couple of responses.
The only odd thing is that my 1/2015 digital certificate was renewed when I logged into the partially incapacitated Private PAIR Thursday night. However a colleague’s 8/2014 digital certificate got him into the partially incapacitated Private PAIR today without renewing.
PAIR, PatFT, AppFT, and TESS are ** UP ** for patent & trademark searching. EFS-Web & TEAS still down for filing as of noon EST, 12/26.
TESS working. Able to search and look at documents. 12/26/15 at 1:15 central. TEAS not working.
I was able to file a trademark renewal at December 26, 2015 around 8pm — which went smoothly in the ordinary TEAS way.
EFS-Web and TEAS were both up as of Dec. 27 mid afternoon, as I was able to use both for filings on existing applications.
