You heard it here first! Back on February 5, 2022 I told you (see blog article) to save the date (April 21, 2022) for USPTO Design Day 2022. And now the plans are further developed.
The Fifteenth Annual USPTO Design Day will be entirely online.
Join us for an afternoon of lively and thought-provoking discussion about various aspects of design patents, hosted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Get insights from USPTO design examiners and managers, design patent practitioners, and industrial designers.
The event will take place virtually on Thursday, April 21, 2022, from 1:00 to 4:30 pm ET. There will be a networking opportunity, following the formal program.
New this year: There will be an introductory program on design rights, currently scheduled from 11:00 AM to noon ET on April 21.
Registration will be available by early April 2021.
