Here is a fascinating trademark application (TSDR page) that got filed last May. It contains about 224 names of famous people and musical groups. The application has not yet been examined. Now somebody has filed a Letter of Protest (click here to see it) against this application. It will be interesting to see how the Examining Attorney handles this application.
