1. If they shut it down, how do you file ST.25?

         1. See https://patentcenter-tickets.oppedahl.com/#CP153 . Yes, if you somehow figure out that you can ignore the USPTO’s error message that says you can’t do it, then yes you can keep clicking and you can do it.

            Most folks would, of course, assume that the USPTO is telling the truth when it displays the error message. Those folks would, on a practical level, be unable to file ST.25 via Patent Center.
